Stepping Up Blues Series

Welcome back to another session of our "Stepping Up Blues Series" –  an engaging series of mini workshops in 2024 designed to take your blues dancing to new heights!

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting, this event promises an enriching experience focused on technique, style, musicality, and partner connection.

* Note: You must have attended at least 4 drop-in classes to attend this workshop.

March Session

Ana & Tiarnán will be guiding this session focused on versatility and creativity. Dive into a mix of moves from all sorts of dancing positions, giving you loads of options to vibe with the music. From the intimacy of close embrace to the freedom of open position, they'll guide you through techniques and variations that will enrich your dance vocabulary and deepen your connection with the music and your partner.

After the classes, we invite you to stay for a 30-minute practice session. This is an opportunity to reinforce what you've learned, ask questions, and practice with different partners. Ana & Tiarnán will be on hand, providing personalised feedback and guidance to ensure that you leave the session with increased confidence and a solid understanding of all the concepts and techniques covered in the classes.

• 3:00pm to 5:30pm - Classes (with 15min break)
• 5:30pm to 6:00pm - Practice Session

No registration needed! Just show up and pay at the door to embark on a journey of improvement and progression in blues dancing. See you there for some FUN!
