DTB Live Blues & Dancing with The Stonecold Hobos
We’re back at Arthur’s Pub on Friday 17th April for another evening of live Blues and dancing! The Stonecold Hobos are joining us once again — they’ve played for us a few times before and they’re genuinely one of our favourites. They always bring great energy and the perfect vibe for dancing.
This night is part of our DTB Live Blues & Dancing series, where we come together to dance the Blues to live bands. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re just curious to give it a go, these nights are something special. Come along, enjoy the music, and dance the Blues with us.
Expect great Blues, a relaxed vibe, and plenty of dancing!

The Essentials
Know the band
The Stonecold Hobos
The Hobos are well known for their own brand of authentic, low down mean and dirty "Boyne Delta" blues. Strong vocals, some slide guitar wizardry, an authentic blues harp, and the tightest rhythm section in the North East, combine to inflict an experience so infectious, you will be left wanting more.
The band are regulars on Ireland's Blues festival scene (North and South), appearing annually at 7 Hills Blues Fest, Armagh and Monahan's Harvest Time 'Poc The Blues' Festival amongst others.
Mainly gigging in the North East, a slow tour of Ireland in 2016 saw the band reach as far south as Cork and as far west as Westport.
They have headlined at the legendary Fibber Magees in Dublin many times and they have shared poster space with the very best of them including Johnny Gallagher, Pat McManus, CrowBlackChicken to name a few.
