Downtown Blues
All it takes is a little bit of love and passion for a Blues dance community to flourish.
Among the many dance communities in Dublin,
only Downtown Blues is dedicated to Blues dance.
In November 2013 Downtown Blues was founded by Marta Martinho,
Raphaël Desmaison and Rosie Van Den Broeck,
three Swing dancers that craved for Blues Dancing in a town
with so many talented Blues musicians but surprisingly
lacking a dedicated dance community.
